The minimum stay is 4 days. If you need to stay longer we will calculate the price per night and add it on. For a month stay the monthly rates will apply.

You are responsible for paying 50 Euros for the cleaning lady. This should be paid in cash the day you leave.

To retain the apt 30% deposit will be required. The full amount is due a month before you arrive at the apt.

A damage deposit check of $500 will be required before arrival. Your check will not be cashed and returned as soon as the cleaning lady tells me she has the apartment keys, her money and no major damage.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the client forfeits 50% of the initial deposit.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire deposit shall be forfeited.
• No refund will be made in the event of an early departure.

For those paying by PayPal, your account will be credited a week after departure, otherwise a check will be mailed.

A note of caution for those with difficulties climbing stairs. The elevator starts at first landing (21 steps).
